These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grace & Glory website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

2. Products & Pricing

We take care to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing such an order if this happens.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A contract between us is only formed once we confirm your order by email.

4. Payment

We accept payment via EFT/bank transfer and card payments (processed securely by Yoco). Full payment is required before an order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are shown at checkout. Orders over R1,000 within Gauteng qualify for free shipping. Risk in the products passes to you once they're delivered to the address provided at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Grace & Glory and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace & Glory shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
